PLEASE NOTE: Clean, black and white copy is required--NO shaded or gray areas, or screen prints. We handle one-color imprints only. PROOFS: Layout will be provided via fax for your approval; however, if changes are requested from original layout, there will be a minimum charge of $25 for "Author's Change". Cancellation of any order after completion of artwork will be billed at $25. MATERIAL/PLATE CHANGE: A $25 charge will apply if any change in background color, hot stamp color or plate is made during a label run. (Minimum order for this change is 2,500 labels.) DELIVERY: Normal delivery is 4-6 weeks after receipt of APPROVED artwork. RUSH ORDERS: Add 50% to base price for RUSH orders. Camera ready artwork must be sent with order, and a proof approval will not be submitted. Guaranteed delivery for rush orders is 12 working days for new orders, or 7 working days for re-orders. HOW TO ORDER: The best place to start is by phone (800-486-5783), followed up by fax (800-207-7518). Phone ahead if sending email attachment. PC-compatible artwork may be submitted in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, high resolution .pdf, .eps or .ai format. Fonts must be embedded or image saved as outline, and hard copy must be submitted via fax or mail for comparison purposes. 600-dpi laser printed hard copy may be required if compatibility or artwork quality issues arise. Please call before sending artwork via email. 1) Fax a rough sketch of what you have in mind, including the following: - position on label - copy of your design which you will be sending via email (acceptable formats listed above) - color of label - color of imprint - whether or not you want a border (solid to edge, or inset line border). Note: clean artwork must be provided without the border or label shape as part of the image. - label size and shape (select item# from shapes provided on this website) - quantity needed 2) Logo must be included in your image file, or send a clear black & white unfolded copy by mail to: MAC Paper Supply, P.O. Box 184, Sedgwick, KS 67135-0184. NOTE: Logo must be black and white...NO shading or gray areas. Art charges apply (minimum $35) if you cannot provide completed artwork, camera-ready, and sized to fit the label. We encourage you to work with a graphic artist in your area if you're not able to provide camera-ready art. 3) We will fax a layout for your approval, at which time you can approve it or request a modification. Preparation Charge payment ($50) is required before layout can be faxed or mailed. Payment for the remainder of charge is required upon final copy approval. Normal production lead time is 4-6 weeks after we receive your signed approval.
