We accept PayPal, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Cards. Order online, or by phone. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Lead time may be longer during holiday seasons.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from MAC Paper Supply, and tracking number in most cases.
For faster delivery, please order before 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. We normally ship within 24-48 hours. No delivery can be made to a PO Box or RR.
METHOD OF SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx factory-direct depending on the product. You can select Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We can ship on your UPS or FedEx account for orders placed by phone only.
Motor Freight. Truck lines will be used for large orders, when package size or weight demands it.
1 unit is our minimum order for most items unless otherwise stated with product descriptions. We do not have a minimum dollar order.
KANSAS SALES TAX
For orders shipping to Kansas only, State sales tax will be added based on our business location. If you are in KS and your purchase is tax exempt, please call with your order. Check with your accountant if you are unsure if you are required to pay sales tax.
Freight Claims--Merchandise is shipped in good condition. If the outside shipping contained arrives damaged, refuse delivery for that reason if possible. If not, take pictures of the unopened damaged container so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Order Problems--Notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We will provide an authorization and return address as necessary. If the error is ours, you will not be charged for return shipping. If the error is yours, you pay for all shipping charges. Non-defective products that are not the result of our order error will incur a 10%-25% restocking charge.
Close-out items, or custom products made to specified dimensions or special ordered cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
All returns must be authorized. Credit will be after we receive and examine your return. We can not issue credit for unauthorized returns.
No returns can be approved after 30 days from receipt of order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES:
Orders are normally processed within an hour or two after we receive them. Cancelling or changing your order after this can be difficult, or even impossible. Order changes or cancellations may incur 10% service charge.
