Place your order at any time, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week online, by fax (or by mail). Order by phone 9:00-4:30 Central Time, Mon-Fri.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Cards. This is the fastest and easiest way to order. Simply call to place your order, use our Secure Online Order Form, or fax your order with credit card information included. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours in most cases (lead time may be longer at holiday times). Shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.

If ordering online, you will receive a personal e-mail confirmation of your order and total, followed by a receipt and a copy of your order via US mail, for your records.

If ordering by phone, we will calculate your total charge at the time of your order or call back with the total, and you will receive a receipt and copy of your order via US mail, for your records.

Personal/Business Checks. You can mail us your order with your check enclosed for the total amount of the items ordered. Your order will be shipped in 1-2 weeks. You must call first to confirm the total amount of your order. Upon request, we will fax a copy of your order to include with your payment. Note: There is a $20 charge for returned checks.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

For faster delivery, please order before 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. We normally ship within 24-48 hours. Include your street address and daytime phone number with your order. No delivery can be made to a PO Box or RR.

METHOD OF SHIPPING

UPS Ground is our standard method of shipping. Express shipping is available upon request. Minimum shipping charge is $6.50 Ground, $12 for 3-Day Select, $16 for 2nd Day Air, and $36 for Next Day Air. This covers only about 2 lb so actual shipping charges will be higher for most orders. We do NOT ship C.O.D.

Motor Freight. Truck lines will be used only when package size or weight demands it.

MINIMUM ORDER

1 unit, as defined with each product, is our minimum order for most items. We do not split units or cases unless otherwise stated with product information. We do not have a minimum dollar order.

F.O.B. WAREHOUSE

Shipping charges are not included in quoted prices unless otherwise stated.

STATE SALES TAX

Upon request, no sales tax will be added to the price of merchandise if we have your signed tax exemption statement on file which includes your sales tax number. Please check with your accountant if you are unsure whether or not to pay sales tax at the time of your purchase, as this will depend upon your location and the accounting practices for your business.

CUSTOM PRINTING

Some products at this site can be custom printed, and this information can be found here New custom-print orders are accepted January through September.

RETURNS: Terms and Conditions

IN ALL CASES, you must notify us immediately if there is any problem with your order. If the error is ours, you will not be charged for shipping. If the error is yours, however, you pay for all shipping charges. All non-defective returns that are not the result of an error on our part will incur a 10% restocking charge (25% restocking fee on giftwraps). Credit for authorized returns will be processed after we have received and examined your return. We can not issue credit for unauthorized returns.

CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES:

Orders are normally processed and sent to the warehouse within an hour or two after we receive them. Cancelling or changing your order can be very difficult, or even impossible if it has left the loading dock. Please be sure you are ready to place your order before doing so. Order changes or cancellations are subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge.

PLEASE NOTE

1. Absolutely no returns can be approved after 30 days from receipt of order.

2. Close-out specials or products made to specified dimensions or special ordered cannot be returned for credit or exchange. This includes custom-printed items.

3. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. You must call our office first for RA# and return shipping address.

4. Freight Claims--Merchandise is shipped in good condition. Claims for damaged or shorted merchandise must be signed as such on the bill of lading and filed with the carrier immediately.
